What is the MOQ?+
The regular MOQ is 100 pcs. Higher MOQ may apply for custom logo or custom packaging projects.
Can I mix different phone models and colors?+
Yes. Mixed model orders are supported so buyers can build a suitable product range for their market.
Can I add my logo?+
Yes. Logo customization is available from 200 pcs, depending on product type and logo process.
Can I customize packaging?+
Yes. Custom packaging is available from 500 pcs. Packaging design can be confirmed before bulk production.
Can I order samples first?+
Yes. Samples are available, and sample cost can be deducted from the bulk order when confirmed.
How long is the production time?+
Regular lead time is around 10 days after order confirmation. Exact timing depends on quantity and customization.
Do you support air and sea shipping?+
Yes. Air shipping and sea shipping are both available. Buyers can also use their own freight forwarder.
How can I get the wholesale price?+
Send the product SKU, quantity, target market and packaging requirement. Our sales team will reply with the latest quotation.
Can the sample cost be deducted from the bulk order?+
Yes. Sample cost can be deducted from the bulk order when the order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank Transfer / PayPal / Alipay
Can I use my own freight forwarder?+
Yes. Buyers can use their own freight forwarder, or we can help coordinate air and sea shipping options.
Can I check products before shipment?+
Video factory inspection and product checking are available before bulk order confirmation.
